• my notes: takes a long time to aim guns, only 2 torps on either side
• need already researched next: IV Cruiser D. Alighieri & V Cruiser Montecuccoli but haven't bought either

    • SAP shells 8x152mm
      • similar damage to AP but never overpenetrate
  • poor armor & poor / no AA
  • double torp tubes on each side 8km
  • already has recommended upgrades

  • next commander skill is level 3 (several to choose from) for Francesco Lagorio for points 4, 5, 6

  • I went with 2 point commander skill "fill the tubes" (10% torp reload time) for Francesco Lagorio for points 2,3 even though it suggested "eye in the sky" for spotting aircraft mode since Giussano doesn't have spotting plane
  • recommends "Superintendent" for +1 consumables for Francesco Lagorio for points 4, 5, 6
