Fly Fishers International seems to have fantastic tying videos such as this and this on the zug bug
they also have this beginner fly tying guide (local .pdf)
the site i downloaded in 2010 was flyanglersonline.com fly of the week that is recreated here
i actually like the format of the local copy I made years ago but it only goes to 2010 instead of 2014 [link only works from local pages]
it also has good fly fishing and fly tying basics topics selectable in the left panel

"The Zug Bug was created as a caddis imitation by the late Cliff Zug of West Lawn, Pennsylvania in the 1930's. It can also be a great stonefly or large mayfly imitation in addition to a standard search pattern and can be found in just about every fly shop in the country:"
